Portable: 60-second triage

1. Launch portable mode and connect to the instance.
2. Check Overview KPIs, then Active Requests for blockers.
3. Open Top CPU Queries and Wait Statistics for the dominant wait class.
4. Use 60-second history to see if the issue is still climbing.

Enterprise: register and alert

1. Install central components; complete first-run.
2. Register monitored instances with required permissions.
3. Create alert rules and notification channels; verify a test notification.
