Account Information

• Password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text)

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers. We receive only a transaction confirmation, customer ID, and payment amount from Stripe.

License & Activation Data

When you activate a license, we collect:

• Machine identifier (a hash generated locally)
• Machine name
• Product being activated
• Activation timestamp

Desktop Software

Our desktop applications (Query Analyzer, SQL Monitor, Compare, Parallel Backup, Script Runner, Trace Replay) do NOT collect:

• SQL query content or results
• Database schema or data
• Connection strings or credentials
• Any data from your SQL Server instances

The only network calls made by our desktop software are license validation and heartbeat checks to our API.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
• JWT tokens expire after 7 days
• Database access is restricted and monitored
• Stripe API keys are stored server-side only

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., order records for accounting).

6. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies and local storage:

• auth_token: JWT authentication token (localStorage)
• user_data: Cached user profile for UI display (localStorage)

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics platforms that track individual users.
