Tips
- Validate row counts after large restores/migrates before cutting over apps.
- Use compression for network-bound transfers; watch CPU on the client machine.
- For cross-RDBMS import, review automatic column mapping and type conversions before the full run.
- Prefer non-prod rehearsals with the same parallelism settings you will use in production.
