Each product is available in two editions:
The Suite includes all 6 tools (Query Analyzer, SQL Monitor, Compare, Parallel Backup, Script Runner, and Trace Replay) under a single license key at a discounted price — saving you up to 25% compared to buying individually.
All licenses are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. This includes software updates and bug fixes during the license period. After expiry, the software will continue to work but will not receive updates until you renew.

Each unique computer where you install and activate a DBLense product counts as one activation. Standard licenses allow 2 machines; Enterprise allows 5. For example, you can activate on your work desktop and personal laptop with a Standard license.
Yes. You can deactivate a machine from your Account page under My Licenses → Activated Machines → Deactivate. This frees up the slot so you can activate on a new machine.
Yes. There is no limit on the number of SQL Server instances you can connect to. The license is per-machine, not per-server. You can monitor and manage as many SQL Server instances as you need from each activated machine.
Yes. Every product offers a 14-day free trial with limited features. No credit card required — just create an account and download the tool to get started.
When your license expires:
Yes. For teams of 10 or more licenses, we offer custom pricing. Please contact us with your requirements and team size for a quote.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not activated the license. Once a license has been activated, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for assistance.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment partner, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Not currently as an in-place upgrade. You would need to purchase a new Enterprise license. Contact us and we can apply a prorated credit from your existing Standard license.
Log in to your Account page and go to My Licenses. All your active license keys are listed there. You can click any key to copy it to your clipboard.
